Special Pickup / Bulk Items
The Special Pickup / Bulk Items collection is scheduled for the first Thursday of every month. Those residents who wish to take advantage of this service may stop by the Village Hall and obtain a BULK ITEM STICKER. The cost per sticker is $10.00 each. Once a sticker has been obtained each resident must contact the city of East Moline at 752-1573 with their name, address and items to be picked up. Be sure to place the sticker on an item that scavengers will not take. If the collection truck cannot see the sticker then the items will not be collected.
