The Rock River Ravines Watershed Plan was developed to provide a "blueprint" for improving water quality and protecting natural resources in the watershed. The Plan is intended to assist private citizens and the local, State, and Federal units of government concerned with managing the water resources of this watershed in a cost-effective and environmentally sound manner.
